Adam Woodhall

Adam first became interested in the interaction of business, society and the environment in whilst at school, with this early interest reaching its peak in the mid-90s when he wrote his Masters dissertation on the politics and economics of the Ozone Layer.  His research led him to conclude that business would look after the environment, but only when it made economic sense for them to do so.  Adam took roles in both large corporations and small businesses, starting in general management, then moving into marketing/PR positions and finally realising his heart lay in directly empowering people to change through training and coaching.

In 2006, Adam realised that he could bring his both his passion for people and planet together to create a compelling opportunity for organisations to change their behaviour.  This led directly to the founding of PeopleProfitPlanet.

Hywel Wilson

Hywel first worked in Corporate Social Responsibility in 1996 when he organised a CSR Summer School for 60 international delegates whilst at university.  Early on in his career he worked with fellow Director, Craig, to turn around the UK arm of a global charity.  Next he went to work in India to learn about the offshore IT industry only to return to establish the UK operation of a offshore IT consultancy and build it to over 20 staff.  More recently, he has led bids for multi-million pound consultancy and IT outsourcing contracts to the public and private sector.

Craig Hamer

Craig brings a real commercial edge to the team. Recently recognised by Yorkshire Insider magazine as one of the ‘top 42 under 42’, Craig has spent over ten years at the hard end of business, helping businesses develop and define strategies to drive success through their people. A former ‘top tier’ consultant, Craig has a strong background in strategy, leadership and people performance and is recognised for his ability to quickly identify key commercial drivers in a business.
