We have seen many well intentioned change programmes fail due to a lack of an ‘Establish’ phase. Therefore we are particularly passionate that all our work has suitable strategy and reporting mechanisms designed and a well thought out implementation plan.
The Establish phase will often include understanding the attitudes of key stakeholders, creating targets, considering most appropriate engagement methods and setting up internal branding and governance structures.
