  • Embed: the change & maintain the momentum after the initial empowerment

We acknowledge that sustainable change requires everyone and that is best achieved when bottom-up initiatives are combined with those from the top of the organisation.  It is also important that change is not just a quick fix and that changing behaviour into business as usual takes time and requires regular reinforcement.
