Our work at Parcelforce with their Environmental Champions was recently featured in their staff newsletter, Parcelforce Worldwide News. We delivered a day long workshop, in addition to helping promote the event internally and providing follow up embedding communication. The complete feature can be found here. The day received some fantastic feedback, including the following comments:
Adele Henderson, Operations Director, Parcelforce said of the workshop: “The feedback we received from the champions was really positive and I felt that people were being energised from the workshop to go away and commit to some clear actions. From a networking perspective, it was also a valuable exercise as the workshop created a forum to discuss different approaches and potentially the sharing of best practise.”
Michael Anderson, Head of Environmental Programmes & Innovation at Parcelforce commented: “The day long event we ran was a resounding success. The approach was engaging, ensured strong participation and was pitched where it needed to be to ensure champions left the day feeling better equipped, valued and ready to continue a behavioural change journey that we recognise as a journey with a number of significant steps. Feedback from the day was uniformly positive & our engagement index took an immediate step forward following the event.”
Lois Watts, Parcelforce’s Environment Specialist enthused that the workshop was: “Interactive and fast moving. Great for engaging champions and positioning, prioritising and action-planning environmental activities.”
The participants were also glowing in their feedback from the day, with a selection of their comments below:
Paul Auden, National Hub: “Do it! Excellent.”
Martyn Nisbet, HUBS: “I can’t think of any way the workshop could be improved – which is a first!”
