PeopleProfitPlanet are totally focused on providing excellent service, staff engagement, value for money and Return on Investment (ROI).  To demonstrate our confidence in the excellence of our service and your ROI we provide Money Back and Satisfaction guarantees.  

Money Back Guarantees

• Save more: Assuming a full programme is delivered and the client fulfils its requirements, then PPP guarantees that you will save more on benchmarked direct expenses in one year than the cost of the programme. 
• Double the difference: If the programme doesn’t achieve more savings than the money invested in the programme in the first year PPP will pay back double the difference between direct cost savings and programme investment.
• Benchmarked Direct expenses e.g. Gas, Electric, Petrol, Stationary, Paper & Consumables.

Three Satisfaction Guarantees

• Satisfaction Guarantee part I: If you are not satisfied with a phase of the service, PPP will not pursue payment. This guarantee assumes that an internal environmental programme is implemented to help embed the programme.
• Satisfaction Guarantee part II: After the initial programme, there is no compulsion to continue working with PeopleProfitPlanet if you feel you are able to continue on your own.
• Satisfaction Guarantee part III: Our aim is that all participants believe their training was at ‘Excellent’ to ‘Good’, ascertained by feedback forms at the end of the session.   If after the full day of Green Champions Training, the participants do not collectively mark the training as at least ‘Very Good’ overall (i.e. 5 out of 6), then PeopleProfitPlanet will reimburse the full fee if requested.  Our target is to achieve 5.4 out of 6 (which equates to an 'approval' rating of 90%).
