Reasons to Embed:

• Support to maintain behaviours until they become habitual and integral to the organisation’s culture
• Coaching of employees to support each other in maintaining behaviours
• Review the programme periodically on its success and direction

Core Tools:
Posters: We offer a full suite of attractive and engaging posters to remind employees and reinforce the other elements of the programme.

Reminder emails & postcards: To support the staff in their green journey we send them the commitments they made during the Action+Awareness workshop along with a summary of the workshop after approximately 2 & 6 weeks.  This can be done by email and/or postcard.

Governance: In our experience companies that implement an effective governance structure are those that are most likely to succeed.  This will ensure that the financial and time investment made by the company is taken full advantage of.  We particularly recommend that a senior member of your management team is involved in the process and they are involved in regular steering group meetings, such as the ones detailed below:

Temperature Check: 3-6 months after the programme start the PeopleProfitPlanet trainer will facilitate to explore the past months and to confirm how successful they have been.  This offers a valuable opportunity to consider how consistently the employees are holding to their personal commitments and review the overall office environmental objectives & evaluate performance.

Green Coaching: We use coaching techniques to ensure the new behaviours & organisational practices are built upon, either face to face or virtually.

Face to face Coaching – On anything from a quarterly to yearly basis we meet your team to:

• Ensure that you are continuing to increase the benefits to your organisation, staff and the environment.
• Generate and prioritise new ideas & support you with any challenges you are having

Virtual Coaching - In periods between the face to face meetings, the PPP facilitator can web, video or phone conference with the Champions providing further coaching support.

Further Embedding Tools:
Deeper Green: These session are for staff interested in learning more on the subjects of climate change, sustainability and environmental business.

E-learn+Community:

• E-Learn: We work with you to further your staff’s eco-learning curve using e-learning software
• E-Community: PPP can provide a forum facilitator to work with you on your online eco-community

Environment Day: To give a focus to your embedding campaign, we suggest that you have a themed Environment Day, similar in spirit to Red Nose Day.  We have a range of programme ideas to share with you to make this a success.

Celebrate: The environmental development programme you undergo will lead to significant carbon footprint, cost & resource use reductions and sustainability & morale increases.  As you will have benchmarked and evaluated this progress, this will provide a fantastic opportunity to celebrate this success with your staff.
